About MRISE Meeting Centre

Our Story

MRISE was created from the proceeds of Fusion Meetings & Events. Fusion Meetings & Events exists to showcase the innovation that comes from diversity.

We help new and settled Kiwis work through the difference, fear and conflict that diversity can stimulate to create new ideas, new ways of working and/or open new mindsets or markets. To fund our work we sell hospitality services, including meeting and conference space, trading as Fusion Meetings and Events and the MRISE Meeting Centre.

The MRISE Meeting Centre is our first experiential learning centre. Every meeting you book funds diversity and inclusion projects and training for people with barriers to traditional employment. The Centre provides opportunities to learn about the New Zealand business and work environment as well as what is expected in the meeting and event industries.
